Wow ! its already the end of May and its been 6 weeks with the new crew
They are starting to ask if they can learn a new job as well so we actually encourage them to do this. We want them to have at least 2 jobs, maybe 3 so that if someone is away someone else can step in and do it !
If there is nothing else the MVTV crew learn it's - "where is the back up?"
This is for everything in MVTV - if something (or someone) fails !

Our main computer has obviously listened well as we threatened it with a drop kick if it didnt do a complete record session - and it did !
